I was lucky enough to find Charlottes yard on the internet a three years ago when my job was starting to take me away from home for long periods of time and I was finding it difficult to give Charlie all the attention he deserved. From the moment I met Charlotte and her mum Liz, I just knew it would be perfect for my needs. Charlotte runs a very professional yard but with a real family and friendly orientated feel. I had always been nervous about moving to a livery yard but now, I cannot ever imagine being anywhere else.
I have all the benefits of being with Charlie whenever I want but also the complete trust when I am away, in knowing that Charlie is well cared for and very, very happy. I have been living and working overseas over the past 12 months and will continue to do so over the next 2 years and the peace of mind I have knowing that Charlie is being loved and cared for is incredibly reassuring. I takes a little bit of the guilt away from not being with him. Charlotte keeps me fully briefed on how Charlie is doing which is great.
When I can get back to the UK, the riding around Charlottes yard is perfect with plenty of safe off road, beautiful countryside to explore. Charlotte and her team are always at hand to guide and support whenever needed.
Charlie has never looked better or ridden better and I cannot thank Charlotte and her team enough for this, I think if I ever tried to take Charlie away from Manor Farm, his luxury hotel! I would be in deep trouble with him.
I am very proud that Charlotte has been selected for the 2012 Equine Pathway Programme, having seen first hand the dedication she has to her horses and training required and how she balances this with looking after all her liveries to a first class standard. You truly deserve the selection Charlotte and I wish you continued success.

I would like to thank you and all the staff at Manor Farm for the excellent livery service you provide. The standard of stable management is exceptional, deep clean beds, an extremely tidy and well run happy yard. Nothing is too much trouble.
My horse has never been happier and so well cared for, I have complete peace of mind leaving him in your care, which is important to me working in London.
I cannot recommend your yard highly enough, with the quiet location superb hacking and use of a wonderful school and turnout,it is a horse's 5 * paradise.
